It’s the end of the year and you may be considering raises or bonuses. How are you determining if your employee has aligned themselves with the Company’s objectives?  Are they reflected in their performance during the course of the year?

Now more than ever, companies are getting a true feel for their talent, leadership, and overall organizational chemistry. Managing employee performance every day is the key to an effective performance management system. Setting goals, making sure your expectations are clear, and providing frequent feedback help people perform most effectively.

If you don’t have a standard process for evaluation your employees, you may be doing a disservice to your employees as well as yourself.  It’s not to late to ensure you and your employee are on the same page.
